Our Story
Built in Central Florida. Growing for the Future.
Earthscapes Unlimited has evolved from specialized landscape operations into a comprehensive commercial infrastructure partner capable of managing large-scale civil site development.
One Company for the Entire Project
Earthscapes Unlimited has always operated as a true one-stop shop for commercial exterior work. From the initial civil and site-development phase through finished landscaping, irrigation, and long-term lawn maintenance — one company, one contract, one accountable team.
Clients no longer need to hire and coordinate separate civil and landscape contractors. Earthscapes manages the complete exterior scope, eliminating the scheduling conflicts, accountability gaps, and communication breakdowns that slow projects down and drive up costs.
With the addition of Gruber Master Contracting's heavy civil expertise, Earthscapes now offers the full project lifecycle under a single unified platform — built for Central Florida's largest commercial, municipal, and governmental developments.

Why Choose Local
Why a Local Contractor Outperforms a National Company
Large national firms offer brand names and corporate infrastructure. EUI offers something that matters more on a job site: local ownership, local knowledge, and direct access to decision-makers.
You talk to the owner or project manager — not a regional account rep
Regional account manager who changes every 18 months
Our equipment is in these counties every week — we know the soils, the weather patterns, the local inspectors
Mobilized from out of region; unfamiliar with local WMD permitting nuances
Scheduling decisions made locally — no approval chains for rescheduling around weather or project changes
Scheduling routed through regional dispatch; slow response to site conditions
Community reputation is on the line on every project — we live here too
Corporate liability management — accountability is diffuse
Competitive on cost — no national overhead, no franchise fees, no remote management layers
Higher overhead baked into pricing; corporate margin requirements
One integrated team handles civil, landscape, and maintenance — no internal coordination breakdowns
Often separate divisions or subsidiaries with separate crews and scheduling
