How It Works
Design Review & Material Selection
We review civil or landscape drawings, confirm hardscape materials meet spec, and coordinate with the project team on any substitutions or value-engineering alternatives.
Subgrade Preparation
Excavation to design depth, subgrade compaction to specification, and base course installation (compacted aggregate base) per Florida soils and project loading requirements.
Edge Restraint & Base Setting
Edge restraints are set first to maintain geometry. Bedding layer (for pavers) or forms (for poured concrete) are installed to grade and slope for drainage.
Surface Installation
Pavers, stone, or poured concrete are installed according to the specified pattern and grade, with consistent joint widths and surface tolerance maintained throughout.
Drainage, Finishing & Cleanup
Drain inlets are set to finished grade, joints are filled and compacted (for pavers), poured concrete is finished and cured, and the site is cleaned and ready for inspection.
