Process
How It Works
Design Coordination
We review irrigation plans, confirm zone counts, validate pressure and flow at the point of connection, and coordinate with the landscape architect on any design conflicts before installation.
Rough-In & Mainline
Main supply line is installed from the meter or pump to the valve manifold locations. Directional boring minimizes disruption to completed site work.
Zone Valve & Lateral Installation
Automatic control valves, lateral lines, and heads are installed zone by zone. All wiring runs back to the controller location in continuous home-run configuration.
Controller Installation & Programming
The commercial irrigation controller is mounted, all zone wiring is terminated, and schedules are programmed based on plant water requirements and local ET data.
Startup, Testing & Turnover
Every zone is run and inspected for coverage, pressure, and head alignment. Backflow test is performed and certified. Owner receives a full system walk-through and documentation.
